You are responsible for Julius Baer’s global SWIFT gateway, ensuring its stable operation, supporting international stakeholders, and actively participating in SWIFT-related projects, releases, and incidents.

YOUR TASKS

Single point of contact for Julius Baer worldwide and for external enquiries in the SWIFT
Responsible for the SWIFT gateway application as well as the associated interfaces and processes
Conducting daily monitoring of the SWIFT gateway as well as documentation and escalation of deviations or disruptions
Ensuring the operational stability and availability of the SWIFT-infrastructure
Review of status messages and alerts; conducting root-cause analyses in case of incidents
Participation in SWIFT-relevant incident topics
Responsible for SWIFT-, SIC- and SECOM-releases, including change review and testing
Business representative for all types of initiatives or projects related to SWIFT; coordination and execution of associated tasks
Analysis of SWIFT-processes, definition of strategies in collaboration with IT and other stakeholders
Control and monitoring including RMA-exchange
Support of internal stakeholders, for example in setting up SWIFT-customer and custodian tools

YOUR PROFILE

Independent, precise and result-oriented working style
Experience in SWIFT-project work, affinity for technology
Committed to top-results, solution-oriented and meets deadlines
Strong ability for interconnected thinking, analytical and conceptual skills, quick comprehension
Sound SWIFT-knowledge and good understanding of banking business
Training in banking and finance
Languages (mandatory): German and English
Sound knowledge of banking operational processes
