To support our team in Büren an der Aare, we are looking for a committed personality as a Project Coordinator 100% (m/f/d) starting December 1, 2025.
Your tasks
- Support sales with inquiries and orders with a project character
- Technical project management: preparation of offers, project execution, technical responsibility up to acceptance and invoicing
- Internal communication as well as independent coordination with all involved areas in the order processing process
- Coordinate and monitor technical feasibility clarifications for our customers
- Maintain master data
Your profile
- Completed technical or commercial basic training
- Technical understanding
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position
- Technical further education is an advantage
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Independent and structured way of working
- Solid IT user skills (MS Office, experience with an ERP system)
- Very good German and good French skills (spoken and written)
- Driver's license category B
