A key link in the healthcare chain, Steriparc offers innovative, optimised sterilisation services tailored to the needs of healthcare institutions. We handle the sterilisation of reusable surgical instruments for operating theatres in public, semi-public, and private establishments in French-speaking Switzerland. Thanks to the expertise of our teams, we ensure reliability, safety, and compliance at every stage of the medical device reprocessing. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced person to fill the position of Team Leader. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in a production environment, preferably in sterilisation or a similar sector (pharmaceutical industry, medical devices, etc.)

Your mission will be: To ensure close operational supervision of sterilisation agents to guarantee the return of medical devices to the departmentsSupervise and coordinate the operations of production teams to ensure the sterilisation of equipment in compliance with quality, safety standards, and deadlinesEnsure the smooth running of processes, team management, and adherence to technical and regulatory procedures related to sterilisationParticipate in the maintenance of sterilisation equipment and ensure the safety management of the team and the work environment

What we expect from you: Holder of the Technical Assistant in Sterilisation Level 2 diploma mandatoryKnowledge in team management and leadershipStrong ability to take initiatives to solve problems and improve production processes
