Clerk: Finance and Accounting 80-100%

The Knecht Group is an expanding service group in the areas of travel, transport, repairs, healthcare, and real estate. It employs around 2900 employees in various subsidiaries.

In Windisch, the group finance team is located, which independently manages the accounting of about a dozen companies, is responsible for coordinating group-wide finances, and handles special projects (for example, mergers & acquisitions M&A). We are looking to strengthen our team with a committed clerk for finance and accounting.

• After a training phase: independent management of the accounting of subsidiaries of the Knecht Group
• Financial accounting, processing of accounts receivable & accounts payable of various subsidiaries
• Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and budgeting activities of the individual companies
• Responsible for the correct handling of VAT as well as direct taxes of the assigned clients
• Assistance in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Management of the commercial register and trademark protection
• Support of line managers in special tasks and taking over projects, process optimization

• Several years of professional experience in accounting or finance
• Commercial basic training with vocational baccalaureate as well as further education in accounting or business administration (e.g., clerk finance and accounting)
• Ambitious personality with willingness to develop and readiness to take on more responsibility
• Good Excel skills, basic knowledge of Abacus, as well as analytical thinking with an eye for detail and precise working method
