Spitex Regio ZO is a progressive (non-profit) organisation providing professional and comprehensive, needs-oriented care and support on behalf of the municipalities of Fehraltorf, Russikon and Weisslingen. We are looking to fill the position immediately or by arrangement:

Health Professional EFZ / Nursing Specialist HF, workload freely selectable (preferably with vocational training)

These tasks generally await you: 

• Basic and treatment care in stable client situations
• Assignments in complex client situations with support from a nursing specialist
• Needs- and situation-appropriate care activities based on care planning, according to competencies and professional deployment criteria
• Maintaining meaningful care documentation
• Needs assessments using household assessments
• Needs- and situation-appropriate support in the areas of living environment and daily life organisation in simple and complex situations
• Household management considering the clients’ resources from an economic perspective
• Support for maintaining, promoting or regaining individual abilities involving the resources of our clients
• Independent and delegated tasks in the area of administration
• Interdisciplinary collaboration within the organisations
• Performing comprehensive care measures in complex client situations (HF)
• Responsibility for the entire care process including needs assessment with interRAI (HF)
• Conducting discussions with general practitioners, relatives and hospitals (HF)

Ideally, you bring the course for vocational trainers or wish to acquire it.

These tasks await you as a vocational trainer: 

• Planning, organising and coordinating appointments medium- and long-term as well as situationally
• Encouraging and challenging trainees according to their training level and individual situations
• Implementing the "Cognitive Apprenticeship" model purposefully in practice 
• Assessing the performance of trainees and accepting competency proofs
• Engaging with developments in adolescence 
• Participating in meetings related to training
• Working with current technical IT applications in training (document storage, EPak)

We expect from you:

• Completed training as Health Professional EFZ or Care Professional EFZ with further training in treatment care or completed training as Nursing Specialist HF, DN2, AKP (additional qualifications desirable, e.g. wound expert)
• Practical professional experience, preferably in a Spitex organisation
• High client and service orientation
• Strong communication, self and social skills
• Resilient, innovative and flexible personality
• IT user skills advantageous
• Driving licence category B (mandatory)
• Willingness to complete the vocational trainer course (if not already obtained) 
• Experience with interRAI (nursing specialists HF)
