About the job
In this diverse job
- you learn to research, write, edit, and voice news reports and short messages
- you are gradually integrated into the editorial team of the news program and work as a video journalist
- you are on the road with the camera in the Mittelland region and report daily
- you conduct interviews with relevant personalities from the region and ask critical questions
- you actively contribute to topic selection and the daily editorial routine
- you benefit from professional coaching and are trained in handling technical equipment such as camera, microphone, or editing software
You will succeed here if
- you have a high school diploma or completed vocational training
- you have a strong interest in regional, political, economic, and social events
- your German skills are very good and you speak Swiss German
- you have broad general knowledge as well as technical flair
- you work independently, are curious, and resilient
- you hold a category B driving license and ideally live in the Tele M1 broadcast area
