In this interesting role, you independently handle orders in the field of household appliances. You continuously expand your skills. You become the personal contact person for our customers and help to continuously expand the customer base.
•Completed technical vocational training (electrician, assembly electrician, electronics technician, car mechanic, carpenter, heating installer or similar)
•Manual dexterity, reliable, flexible, team player and resilient
•Independent and customer-oriented way of working
•Good comprehension and strong quality awareness
•Experience in customer service for household appliances is an advantage
•Driving license category B
•Good German skills in spoken and written form
