Project Domain Manager for Educational Projects at the Secondary 2 IT Service (SiS2) from 80% to 100%

- The SiS2 provides services to the CPNE centers and high schools (LBC, LDDR, LJP). It is responsible for the implementation, operation, and development of the IT resources and infrastructures made available to post-compulsory schools. SiS2 develops digital solutions and is responsible for the design and execution of projects for the educational and administrative domains.
As part of your activities, you design, evaluate, and manage educational innovation projects intended for secondary 2 institutions.
You plan and coordinate the BYOD/AVEC digital school starts, ensuring their pedagogical, technical, and organizational coherence.
Furthermore, you analyze the relevance of solutions, particularly regarding their added value, sustainability, and compliance with the legal framework. In this regard, you review their conformity concerning data protection.
Finally, you ensure the alignment of projects with institutional orientations and field needs, and represent the educational aspects within the Neuchâtel school IT committees.
Depending on your qualifications, you may also be required to teach.
Holder of a higher education degree at ES or HES level in computer science or an equivalent qualification, you can demonstrate proven professional experience in the field of IT as well as in project management and leadership.
You show very good analytical skills, are comfortable using digital tools, and your technical knowledge of IT and multimedia systems is at a very good level.
Moreover, you have excellent written and oral communication skills and demonstrate leadership.
Finally, you possess a professional or academic teaching authorization.
The law requires public office holders to have their domicile in Switzerland and to live there.
