What is my role?

• Independent analysis and troubleshooting of production machines and systems

• Conducting preventive maintenance and servicing work

• Optimising existing machines to increase production efficiency

• Implementation of continuous improvement processes (CIP)

• Participation in on-call duty and early shift assignments as needed

• Creation and maintenance of technical documents and maintenance plans

• Carrying out repair and modification work on mechanical and electrical components

• Close collaboration with production to ensure smooth operations

• Procurement and management of spare parts

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training as a polymechanic, mechanic, electromechanic or equivalent

• Solid knowledge in mechanics, electrical engineering or process technology

• Teamwork skills and an independent, solution-oriented working style

• Flexibility and openness to new technologies

• Advantageous: experience in CNC turning/milling and TIG welding

• Willingness to take on on-call duties and flexible working hours

• Good German language skills, both spoken and written

• Hands-on mentality and quality awareness
