Our Business Unit Lubrication Technology offers high-quality lubricants, maintenance products, and services for the automotive, industrial, construction, and transport sectors. We carry products from well-known manufacturers and are the exclusive distributor of Shell lubricants in Switzerland.

Sales Consultant for Shell Lubricants 80-100% (m/f/d)

Then you are exactly right with us! For the sale and consultation of high-quality lubricants, we are looking for a motivated personality who is passionate about field sales and convinces our customers in the Mittelland region (AG, BE, BS, BL) with expertise, enthusiasm, and service orientation.

Your tasks and challenges

• You take care of existing customers in commercial and technical areas
• You expand our lubricant business by acquiring new customers and projects
• You work in a structured way on planning and creating conversation strategies and successfully implement the sales and marketing strategy
• You actively use our CRM systems to optimize customer relationships and manage the sales process
• You work closely with technical, internal sales, product management, and marketing teams to achieve optimal customer care

Your talents and experience

• You have sales-related training (e.g., sales specialist) and either have a strong technical understanding or are highly motivated to acquire the corresponding knowledge
• You have successfully expanded your field sales experience – especially in active new customer acquisition
• With your very good German and solid English skills as well as your communication skills, you convince customers of your solutions. Additional language skills are a plus
• You score with quick comprehension, excellent organizational talent, and a high degree of empathy
• A completed technical education (e.g., as a car, truck, machine, or polymechanic mechanic) combined with sound business administration knowledge ideally rounds off your profile
