Your profile
• You have a technical or craft-based basic education, preferably the EFZ caretaker qualification, and are a talented all-rounder
• You bring several years of professional experience in this field
• Ideally, you have completed the occupational safety course (KOPAS / SIBE) and you are a resilient, committed, and reliable person with assertiveness and flexible willingness to work
• You have solid technical understanding, craft skills, and a pronounced organizational talent with high initiative and prioritization skills
• You have an affinity for and are proficient in handling modern IT infrastructure
Your tasks
• In this combined position, you work 50% as a porter for the seminar and event department and 50% as a maintenance/technical/IT staff member, thus bearing responsibility for the maintenance of both hotels SeminarHotel am Ägerisee (80 rooms) and Hotel Freihof (15 rooms) as well as the nearby staff house
• You prepare the seminar and banquet rooms, including setting up and dismantling tables, chairs, and seminar technology according to the specified setups, ensure the provision of technical equipment, and assist seminar guests with technical matters
• You keep the surroundings of the SeminarHotel in good condition and take care of snow removal in winter and our garden in summer
• You inspect, monitor, and maintain the facilities and building technology, perform minor repairs throughout the hotel operation, and coordinate orders with external partners
• You supervise compliance with occupational safety guidelines and can operate the fire alarm system
• You maintain and service the IT infrastructure including network, hardware, and software and provide support in the implementation and maintenance of hotel management systems and other digital solutions
