Job Coach Work Integration (all) 80 – 100%
We in work integration support people on their way back to the labour market. To continue fulfilling this task effectively, we have also received support, in the form of a newly created 100% position!

Your mission 🚀
- Supporting clients in the application process and assisting with job searches
- Mediating between clients and employers
- Acquiring suitable jobs, internships and training places
- Close cooperation with our social services as well as external partners such as RAV and BIZ
What you bring 🧩
- Training in social work, social pedagogy, work pedagogy or as a job coach
- Several years of experience as a job coach or in work integration – this is important to us
- Consulting strength, empathetic and independent personality with assertiveness
- Knowledge of the Swiss labour market and social insurance
- Very good German skills, additional languages are an advantage

We are on a conscious path of innovation – also spatially: In our newly renovated community centre, we work in an open work environment without individual offices and fixed workstations (don’t worry – these are not open-plan offices).
