What is my role?

• You independently manage metal construction projects from planning to handover

• You control and supervise the installation work directly on the construction sites

• You are the central interface between customers, architects, suppliers and your installation team

• You plan resources, materials and workflows while adhering to deadlines and budgets

• You lead your installation team and ensure the highest quality standards

• You prepare measurements, invoices and document the project progress

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training in metal construction (metalworker, locksmith) or comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in project management and installation in metal construction

• Sound knowledge in work preparation and site organisation

• Strong technical understanding and confident reading of plans and drawings

• Communication skills, assertiveness and enjoyment of team leadership

• Structured, solution-oriented working style even in stressful situations

• Driving licence class B
