Description
- You hold a federal diploma of vocational education and training (CFC) as a horticulturist-landscaper or an equivalent qualification.
- You have initial experience in team management, ideally in the maintenance of green spaces.
- You master garden and green space maintenance techniques.
- You are proficient in French and communicate with ease and diplomacy with teams as well as clients.
- You are autonomous, organised, meticulous and enjoy fieldwork.
Tasks
- Plan and carry out garden and green space maintenance work (mowing, pruning, weeding, bed maintenance, plant care, etc.).
- Supervise and support a team across various intervention sites.
- Organise daily work and ensure compliance with quality, deadlines and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with technicians for intervention planning.
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and machinery.
