WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE

As a UiPath Automation Consultant (all genders), you will become part of our Agentic Automation Platform team and work on the design, development, and further development of modern automation solutions. In doing so, you combine technical expertise with an understanding of our customers' processes and requirements.

• Design & Development: You design, develop, and implement modern automation solutions with UiPath and accompany them throughout the entire lifecycle.
• Process Analysis: You analyse business processes and identify suitable automation potentials together with customers and specialist departments.
• Automation: You implement robust and maintainable workflows with UiPath Studio and Orchestrator and support their operation and further development.
• Customer Consulting: You work closely with business analysts, customers, and technical contacts and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Standards: You support the introduction and further development of automation standards and best practices.
• Project Responsibility: Depending on your experience, you increasingly take on responsibility in projects and develop towards a senior level in the long term.
• Teamwork: You actively contribute to our team and the professional exchange around business automation.

HOW TO SUCCEED

• Education: You have completed training or studies in computer science, software engineering, or a comparable field.
• Professional Experience: You have initial to several years of professional experience in developing automation solutions with UiPath.
• UiPath Knowledge: You operate at least at a professional developer level and can independently develop and implement UiPath solutions.
• Certification: A UiPath Automation Developer Professional certification or a comparable qualification is advantageous.
• Process Understanding: You have a good understanding of business processes and can clearly communicate technical solutions to specialist departments and customers.
• Working Style: You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and responsible manner and want to develop professionally and personally.
• AI Competence: You confidently use AI tools in your field, critically evaluate the results, and support customers and adessi in utilising AI potentials.
• Language Skills: You communicate very well in German and English; German is mandatory for our customer projects.
• Customer Contact: You enjoy customer contact and working in interdisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to Travel: You are willing to travel for projects within Switzerland.

Ideally, you also bring the following

• BPM: Experience with BPMN or Business Process Management
• UiPath Portfolio: Experience with other components of the UiPath portfolio, e.g. Orchestrator, Apps, or AI Center
• AI: Interest in AI, LLMs, and the further development of modern automation
• Consulting: Initial experience in technical consulting or direct customer contact
• Development: Potential and motivation to take on responsibility as a Senior Consultant or Technical Lead in the medium term
