About the job
"For every child in Switzerland, a fulfilling childhood and an autonomous and responsible education".
This is our vision and currently, about 200 employees and 1000 volunteers across Switzerland work with great commitment and heart. Thanks to our services and programmes such as the emergency number 147, messages to parents, mock interviews ( Mock interviews for Pro Juventute classes ), media use workshops and many more, we support children and young people as well as their parents every day.
In 2023, Pro Juventute introduced "collegial management" (« Kollegiale Führung »/self-organisation) as a form of organisation. Decisions are made in a circle. Responsibility and decision-making competence are distributed across specific roles instead of being concentrated with hierarchical superiors. We place great importance on participation, leadership, communication and transparency among all employees.
Would you also like to participate in the organisation and have a positive impact on children and young people in Switzerland?
