Nursing Specialist 60 - 80% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Planning and implementation of nursing activities and key worker duties, especially for those affected by severe mental illnesses and complex needs
- Case management and counselling of patients with a social psychiatric focus
- If interested, planning and conducting low-threshold group activities (e.g. exercise group)
Your profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH
- Experience in key worker nursing
- Experience in outpatient and/or inpatient psychiatry
- Initiative, flexible and team-oriented personality with a pragmatic approach
- Interest in intensive team collaboration
