• •Establishing, monitoring and confirming orders according to the briefing received from the sales advisor or directly from the client
• •Administrative support for the assigned Sales Advisor
• •Strategic advice related to advertising campaigns
• •Telephone support and general correspondence with clients and agencies 
• •Management of the client database in the CRM

Your profile

• •Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
• •Professional experience in customer relations desired
• •Excellent command of French and written and oral communication skills and ease in contact with internal collaborators and external clients
• •Ability to work independently and in a team. Ease of adapting and integrating into a new work environment
• •Strong reasoning and analytical skills, flexibility and open-mindedness

• •Ability to set priorities and manage situations under stress
• •Proactive and ability to manage complex situations methodically and efficiently
• •Knowledge of German and CRM experience are advantages
