tasks

• you actively participate in the care and support of the guests in the protected residential area
• you also take part in the entire care process based on the key worker concept, including documentation in easydok according to RAI criteria
• depending on the need, you take on the daily responsibility
• the position can be filled as a permanent employment or try & hire (3 months temporary, then permanent employment)
• the workload can be between 50 and 100%, depending on your wishes
• the shifts are either early or late (early shift: 06:30 to 16:30 / late shift: 12:00 or 13:00 to 21:00)

requirements

• you have training / further education as a qualified nurse HF / FH or qualified nurse HF / FH
• for foreign diplomas, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross is required
• ideally, you already have expertise in long-term care
