Exciting challenges

Building our new department for international large projects and leading the future international project management team

Management of RfQs and pitches

Coordination and collaboration on all processes related to tendering procedures (Legal, Calculation, Health & Safety, etc.)

Sales and representation tasks worldwide

This is what you bring

Many years of solid experience as a project manager of international large projects such as event productions, event technology, or exhibition construction

Many years of experience in creating international tenders in the field of event technology/construction and/or in scenographic projects

Leadership experience of teams in project management

Industry knowledge (live communication)

Good knowledge in using the macOS suite and Office 365; and project management tools

Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, confident and fluent English

Willingness to travel approximately 20-40%
