- Self-reliant, reliable, and solution-oriented work ethic is essential.
- Good command of German; knowledge of Romanisch is a plus.

About the job
Caretaker Casa Sentupada (40%)
from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement
Your area of responsibility
- Responsibility for renting out Casa Sentupada in Siat to third parties - from receiving reservations to invoicing
- Cleaning and maintenance of the Casa Sentupada property including laundry and preparation of rooms for guests
- Inspection and monitoring of technical systems (heating, ventilation etc.)
- Maintenance of the building surroundings (excluding lawn mowing)
Your profile
- Experience in caretaking and/or cleaning services
- Willingness to work irregular hours and weekends
- Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
- Service-oriented and friendly personality
- Basic knowledge of IT applications (including MS Outlook)
- Residence in the local area
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form, knowledge of Romansh is desirable
