Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing with CAD/CAM Focus
Tasks
- Create and define electrodes in CAD
- Program 5-axis HSC milling machine OPS 650 and manufacture electrodes
- Set up and operate sinker EDM machine Ingersoll Gantry 1200
- Optimise milling and EDM programmes to ensure stable workflows
- Carry out maintenance and cleaning work on EDM and milling machines
Requirements
- Experience in CNC machine programming
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM, ideally with Tebis
- Willingness to continue training and actively shape production processes
- Independent and responsible working style
- Teamwork, flexibility, as well as high quality and deadline adherence
