Revenue Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and optimize core business processes and tools across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance.
- Support initiatives focused on process improvements, technology implementations, data integrity, and system integrations.
- Leverage CRM experience to build, refine, and maintain lead-management and sales-funnel processes.
- Support Sales Controlling and Order Management, driving process improvements.
- Analyze data from various sources and platforms, ensuring strong data hygiene, reliable reporting, and clear cross-department visibility.
- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence, alignment, and change management.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in Sales Operations / Revenue Operations / similar roles – preferably in the Tech industry.
- Hands-on SDR/BDR operations experience (lead-to-win processes).
- Strong CRM experience - HubSpot; preferably with Salesforce as well.
- Proven data-analysis skills and experience delivering data-driven initiatives.
- Familiarity with pipeline management, sales cycles, and the lead-to-cash process, including identifying and executing optimization opportunities.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing workflows and automation tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Demonstrated success managing projects and implementing operational improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with customer success tools and process optimization.
- Experience collaborating with Legal (contracts, approvals, workflows).
- Bonus: Marketing Operations experience.
