You operate and support the IT environments of our customers in the areas of datacentre and compute. In a dynamic team of 15 engineers, you advise customers from various industries and manage their infrastructure on-site, in our datacentres or in the cloud. In addition to planned operational activities, you handle faults and resolve them quickly and efficiently thanks to your expertise. With us, you work independently and develop yourself in an open, collegial culture.

• Operation of diverse infrastructure environments on-site, in the datacentre and in the cloud
• Support with faults and their quick, efficient resolution
• Active contribution to operational optimisations and further development
• Annual development discussions to assess your position and plan your growth

Your skills

• Several years of experience in virtualisation with VMware vSphere
• Solid know-how in storage solutions
• Confident in operating enterprise IT environments, including Windows Server and Linux
• Routine with backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Customer- and goal-oriented as well as pronounced entrepreneurial thinking
• Communicative, a team player and confident appearance
• Flexible, reliable as well as independent and precise working style
• Very good German and English; additional national languages are an advantage
