Communication Service
Your missions
Within the Communication service, you support the team both for the organization of events, particularly HES-SO at Paléo, and the management of social networks. As part of the HES-SO at Paléo 2027 project, you prepare and follow up on the various sessions (minutes, contacts with participants, etc.). You participate in the organization of the event and support the coordinator on site during the festival. Finally, you propose and create communication content to promote this event.
For the content management mission, you participate in animating the HES-SO pages (posts, animation, monitoring) on social networks, especially Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You also contribute to monitoring the editorial calendar and the follow-up of HES-SO social media ambassadors. Finally, you support the team in carrying out administrative tasks.
