Your Tasks
- Telephone consulting and support for our customers
- Recording offers and orders in our ERP system (proAlpha)
- Ensuring efficient order processing up to invoicing
- Documentation of customer data and communication in CRM (MS Dynamics)
- Close collaboration with the field service throughout the entire sales process
- Processing complaints and warranties
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training
- Technical know-how is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in the construction ancillary industry is an advantage
- Enjoyment in communicating with customers
- Good knowledge in reading construction plans as well as spatial imagination
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
- Very good German in spoken and written form
