YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY IN THE KITCHEN CAPITAL

Coordination and distribution of work within the teams

Personnel responsibility for around 30 employees

Deputy for the Head of Internal Service

Monitoring quality standards and input deadlines

Preparation of offers, offer plans, and perspectives

Preparation of order confirmations, execution, and installation plans

Processing of orders

Support of salespeople in consultations in the showroom

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE KITCHEN CAPITAL

Completed vocational training as a carpenter or draftsman is an advantage

Professional experience in the kitchen industry as well as leadership experience is mandatory

Good IT user skills (Office, ERP, planning software Winner)

Sales flair and strong closing skills

Customer-oriented thinking and acting

Precise and reliable working style

Motivation, enthusiasm, and commitment
