Diaconis operates three business areas: living and care in old age, palliative care, and professional integration. Our team comprises around 300 employees at several locations in the city of Bern, Ostermundigen, and Biel.
We are looking for a
ICT System Manager 80-100%
Your tasks with us
- Keep our IT basic infrastructure running: servers under Windows and Linux on vSphere, clients, M365, Azure, network, cloud telephony, and Claude AI
- Be responsible for 1st and 2nd level support and triage to internal departments and external partners
- Expand client management with Intune and Action and procure IT workplace equipment
- Support our business-specific applications, e.g. care documentation
- Lead ICT projects and migrations or participate in them
- Take responsibility for updates, backups, licences, certificates, IT security, and documentation
You bring the following
- An ICT apprenticeship EFZ or an equivalent qualification
- Initial experience in IT operations from training, an internship, or a first job
- Knowledge of servers and virtualisation, M365, Azure, Intune, network and cloud PBX; what you do not yet know, you will learn with us
- A desire to help people without an IT background in an understandable way
- A structured, quality-conscious way of working
- Fluent German and good English skills
