Job Description
To strengthen the organisation and operational management of our operating theatre, we are offering a position for a Logistics Officer in the Operating Theatre.
Your mission
You will ensure the logistical and administrative management of the operating theatre to guarantee the continuity, safety and efficiency of surgical activity.
Your main responsibilities
Logistics
- Logistical management of the operating theatre in close connection with the surgical schedule
- Ordering, receiving, checking and monitoring of materials related to surgical interventions
- Stock management (restocking, consignments, inventories and expiry management) using digital tools
- Coordination of loaned equipment (receipt, monitoring, timely returns)
- Close collaboration with the Operating Theatre Manager, Sterilisation Department, Central Store, Pharmacy and various suppliers
- Active participation in the continuous improvement of logistical processes
Administrative
- Processing supplier invoices and linking with patient files (OPALE)
- Entry and correction of services related to materials (consignments, loans)
- Administrative management of invoices
- Archiving and document management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a logistics position
- Knowledge of the operating theatre: an advantage
- Company trainer FEE: an advantage
- Proven experience in digital stock management
- Proficiency in IT tools (Excel) and administrative processes
- Sense of responsibility, rigour and organisation
- Versatility and adaptability
- Proactivity and initiative
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
