From 1 August 2026 or by arrangement, we are seeking a candidate for an 80-100% position as
HR Generalist
In this versatile hub role, you will take on the following tasks, among others:
- Supporting the entire HR team in daily business as well as actively participating in HR administration
- Managing the telephone and acting as the first point of contact for internal and external concerns
- Coordinating appointments and meetings as well as preparing various documents
- Participating in internal HR events, team activities, or organisational special tasks

This is how you convince us:
- Completed commercial or equivalent education or ongoing university studies (e.g. in social sciences, business administration, public health, or a comparable field)
- Initial professional experience in a comparable HR role, ideally in healthcare
- A personality with an eye for essentials, passion for administrative and interpersonal tasks, and enjoyment of a supportive role within the team
