Location: Zug
Your new field of responsibility
- Support in requirements engineering: collecting, structuring and documenting requirements from the countries
- Participation in describing prototypes and mock-ups (e.g. dashboards, tool workflows) as input for development teams
- Support in the implementation and introduction of tools and dashboards in the countries
- Collaboration in testing, error analysis and result documentation in cooperation with countries and IT
- Support in agile working methods (e.g. SAFe) at the interface between business and development
- Assistance in implementing global standards for tools, processes and data
- Accompanying support in international rollout and implementation activities
- Collaboration in the support and further development of an AI-based agent for portfolio harmonisation
- Support in creating communication content (e.g. updates, releases, community contributions)
- Maintenance and expansion of central documentation and the wiki
Your talents and experience
- Enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences in the field of business, business informatics, information science, data science, digital business management, or comparable. You are at least in the 4th semester or in a break between bachelor and master
- High affinity for data and tools and strong communication skills
- Independent working style with the ability to acquire missing knowledge
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as PowerPoint, Power BI is an advantage
- Analytical skills and a structured, independent working style
- Intercultural communication and willingness to travel up to 10%
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
- Flexible working and remote working possible (2-3 days presence in Zug)
- Start date: 1 August 2026 (contract length: 13 months)
