Tasks

Together with around 20 employees, you ensure the sales success of your department as the deputy to the Head of Food Trading.
Your plan: You promote and develop your employees. This is how your team implements the company strategy.
You think and act entrepreneurially. This guarantees that the right goods are always on the shelves and that they look top-notch.
Your daily tasks: You support all departments with their daily work.
General administrative tasks are naturally also part of your role in our successful company.

You are determined, solution-oriented, and a winning sales personality – with leadership experience in a department store? That would be perfect.
Thanks to your vocational training in retail, you are a professional in your field.
We expect you to have perfect written and spoken German. Additional foreign languages will earn you extra points with us.
You are also familiar with common Office programmes.
