Technology Transfer & Project Manager (80-100%)

Ophtapharm AG is an FDA/EU-GMP certified pharmaceutical manufacturer specializing in ophthalmic products. At our production site in Hettlingen near Winterthur, we aseptically manufacture, fill, and package high-quality products such as eye drops, ointments, and gels for international markets.

• Manage customer products throughout their lifecycle, including product changes and implementation activities.
• Evaluate new business opportunities, products and manufacturing projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Lead technology transfer projects and major product changes from initial assessment through successful implementation.
• Act as the primary interface between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure GMP-compliant implementation and documentation of product transfers and lifecycle activities.

• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Process Engineering or a related discipline.
• Several years of experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience managing technology transfer, product implementation or cross-functional projects.
• Sound understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes; experience in sterile production is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English and German.
