What you will achieve:

You welcome customers and provide simple information on various concerns
You are the first point of contact and answer questions about social insurance law
You coordinate services with doctors, hospitals or laboratories to ensure payment
You receive customer requests by phone and in writing and forward enquiries to the responsible department
Your other tasks also include managing customer files and data maintenance

Why you will succeed:

Secondary school A with consistently good to very good results - completion of vocational baccalaureate with passed BM entrance exam possible
Keyboard typing skills (ten-finger system) are required before the start of the apprenticeship
Strong communicator: orally and in writing in German
You are reliable, determined, enjoy working in a team, are communicative and interested in the Swiss social insurance and healthcare system, enjoy telephone communication, confidently use daily work tools and look forward to customer contact
You are ambitious, motivated, curious and want to benefit from a language stay during your training
