From August 2027, we are offering an apprenticeship as an ICT Specialist EFZ to an enthusiastic and motivated school leaver.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You will set up IT workstations and keep them running.
- You will support our employees in IT support.
- You will install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
- You will work with networks, servers, and cloud services.
- You will assist with IT projects and contribute your own ideas.
- You will learn something new every day about the world of IT.

The apprenticeship as an ICT Specialist lasts 3 years. The versatile and interesting vocational training is complemented by attending vocational school and inter-company courses where knowledge on specialised topics is imparted. If suitable, the Bison Group also supports attending the BMS (BM 1 - apprenticeship-accompanying model).
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
A school leaving certificate with good grades is a prerequisite to complete an apprenticeship as an ICT Specialist. Interest in mathematical subjects, logical/abstract thinking ability, and good verbal communication skills, as well as the willingness to commit to a successful apprenticeship, are further requirements. Since we also serve customers in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, good French skills are an advantage.
