What is my role?

• the competent contact person for private clients, self-employed individuals and SMEs, advising them comprehensively

• manage, develop and expand your own client portfolio as well as further develop your network of relationships

• advise on our products and services professionally and according to needs

• cross-/upsell to clients

What do I need to be successful?

• a banking qualification and several years of experience, especially in the credit sector

• up-to-date expertise and a completed bank-specific further education

• communication skills, goal- and service-orientation

• enjoy daily client contact and recognise needs and expectations

• a broad network of relationships
