About the job
In Baden – Dättwil we are looking for you as a Health Specialist to play a key role in the rehabilitation process. You are not only executing but also co-deciding: for the quality, progress, and quality of life of our patients. Our clinic specializes in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal and neurological patients. On our ward with 38 beds, you work closely with doctors, therapists, and other professionals – on equal footing and with mutual respect.
Central in Baden - Dättwil, directly at the cantonal hospital, very well accessible by public transport

- You perform professional basic and treatment care

Interdisciplinary & responsible
- Active participation in the interdisciplinary team
- Co-responsibility for care quality and process design
- Daily supervision of trainees

Your profile
- Education: Completed training as a Health Specialist
- Experience: You have experience in care and ideally bring experience or interest in the MSK / neurology field
