What awaits you Independent case management: You handle legal cases from private and corporate clients, especially in the area of contract law. Your advice is mainly provided by telephone Use of AI: Smart AI tools are available to you in your daily work so that you can work efficiently and focus on the essentials Legal advice with a modern twist: You analyse various facts and solve problems straightforwardly, pragmatically, and in the interest of the customers Negotiations: You conduct oral and written negotiations with insured persons, opposing parties, lawyers, and authorities What you bring You have a Swiss university degree in law (MLaw), lawyer’s licence is an advantage You have already gained professional experience in contract law and applied it in practice You are strong in communication and can convey complex matters clearly and empathetically. In addition, you have unbeatable negotiation skills. Foreign languages (Italian/French) are an advantage Customer satisfaction is important to you and you are committed to fulfilling their concerns as best as possible At the same time, you bring an economic basic understanding and know how to weigh costs and benefits in case management and interpret case-relevant figures Hours of file study are not your style – you work efficiently, solution-oriented, and pragmatically You remain calm even in hectic times You are IT-savvy and open to integrating AI tools into your daily work What we offer We are convinced: satisfied employees deliver the best performance.
