Your playground:

• Site management: You ensure the smooth progress of creation projects (planting, turfing, small landscaping masonry, paving) and maintenance.

• Team management: You supervise, motivate, and coordinate your team’s work on site, ensuring each member’s skills development.

• Technical expertise: You interpret landscaping plans and guarantee meticulous execution, respecting best practices.

• Client relations: You are the primary contact on site, advising clients and ensuring their complete satisfaction.

• Safety and organisation: You ensure strict compliance with safety standards and optimal management of equipment and powered tools.

• Education: You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in landscaping (or an equivalent qualification).

• Experience: You have proven field experience in Switzerland, with successful initial practice in team management.

• Skills: You have thorough knowledge of plants, landscaping construction techniques, and operation of construction machinery.

• Soft skills: You are charismatic, organised, stress-resistant, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

• Mobility: You hold a driving licence (category B), which is essential.
