Workshop Manager 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Technical leadership and organisation of the workshop team (4 employees)

• Creation of vehicle diagnoses using the latest diagnostic systems and resolution of complex electronic faults

• Execution and supervision of service and repair work on vehicles

• Active participation in the workshop during demanding repairs

• Quality control, optimisation of workflows and management of workshop capacity

• Training, development and motivation of employees

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician

• Experience as a workshop manager or further training as a workshop manager/diagnostician

• Willingness to get involved hands-on

• Enjoyment in leading and developing a team

• Structured working method and clear communication with the team
