Your Field of Activity
- Taking over basic and treatment care as well as supporting the residents according to their will and biographies
- Designing and implementing the care process within the framework of the key person concept
- Supporting tertiary nursing professionals in care in complex situations
- Professional support, advice, and guidance within the team
- Implementing the care process and documenting care using Care Coach
- Performance recording with RAI
Your Profile
- Completed training as a dipl. nursing specialist HF or
- Professional experience in long-term care and in acute care
- Open and innovative personality with pronounced social competence
- Enjoyment in dealing with elderly people
- Initiative, independence, reliability
- RAI and Care Coach knowledge desired
- Very good communication in German language and writing
