With the new school year 2024/25, various new teachers will start next week at Primary School Wittenbach
Entries Schoolhouse Kronbühl
Tanja Schneider takes over a 1st class in Kronbühl and is very much looking forward to the new schoolchildren. In recent years, she has taught at various schools in mixed classes at the lower level and in kindergarten. She brings a broad range of experience and has also further trained as a painting and design therapist.
Géraldine König is starting her professional life and school routine with a 2nd class. She successfully completed the teacher training college in Rorschach this summer and is eager to finally start independently. She is also very much looking forward to the girls and boys of the 2nd class.
Leoni Noger will teach one of our 5th classes in Kronbühl. She completed a long-term internship with us in the middle level and graduated from the teacher training college in summer 2023. Last year, she attended the creative preparatory course and is now well prepared to start with her own class.
Since Judith Steiner is giving up the assignment in the kindergarten class with S. Müller and is taking on a new part-time role in the support area for kindergarten and 1st class children in Kronbühl, a successor had to be found. We are very pleased that Nadine Eberle is moving to us from Kindergarten Sonnenrain. The experienced kindergarten teacher will teach team teaching and DaZ in the class with S. Müller. In addition, she works as a media educator for Primary School Wittenbach.
Karin Treichler has been responsible for the learning studio in Kronbühl for several years. This summer she will fully transfer to the Kronbühl school circle and, in addition to gifted education, will also take on a part-time role in a 4th middle-level class. We are pleased to now have her with a larger workload with us.
Entries Schoolhouse Sonnenrain
Caroline Burtscher completed her training as a primary school teacher at the teacher training college Rorschach in summer 2024. She takes over a newly opened 1st class in the Sonnenrain schoolhouse. We had the opportunity to get to know Ms Burtscher during a three-week substitute period at our schoolhouse and look forward to her.
Meron Berehanu is starting with a 1st class in the Sonnenrain schoolhouse. She was able to gain experience as a kindergarten teacher over the past two years. Now she is looking forward to a new challenge as a lower-level teacher.
Selina Erni will take over the 4th class in the Sonnenrain school circle from August 2024. She completed her training as a primary school teacher at the teacher training college Thurgau in summer 2024. She is looking forward to the new task here in Wittenbach.
Jasmin Tobler will share class responsibility with Chiara Garcia in the Sonnenrain school circle and take on relief lessons in the 3rd class. She completed her teacher training in summer 2023. We are pleased that after a rewarding year with substitute teaching in various classes and schools, she has decided on a permanent position in Wittenbach.
After the maternity cover from January to July 2024 as a team teaching teacher, we are able to employ Marisa Heeb in a 1st class and Raphaela Popp in the 4th class in the Sonnenrain schoolhouse. Both can look back on several years of experience as primary school teachers.
Manuela Sommer will work as a team teaching teacher in the kindergarten class of Susanne Kühni in the Sonnenrain school circle from summer 2024.
Elisa Graf is returning to Wittenbach. She is starting as a school special needs educator in kindergarten and at the lower level in the Sonnenrain school circle. We are very much looking forward to her return, as she brings a lot of experience from the kindergarten level in Wittenbach.
Linda Buff will work as a school special needs educator in the Sonnenrain school circle from summer 2024. She brings a lot of skills and knowledge as a long-standing middle-level teacher and special needs educator and looks forward to the new encounters and experiences in Wittenbach.
The Insel team will be strengthened by Robin Höneisen from the 2024/25 school year. He is a trained social pedagogue. With his positions as a youth and school social worker, he brings a wealth of experience in dealing with people.
Entries Schoolhouse Steig
Claudia Blumer is moving from Arbon to Wittenbach and is starting as a class teacher in the Steig kindergarten. She is looking forward to contributing her extensive professional experience and leading the kindergarten class together with Natascha Bucher.
Patricia Dias completed her training at the teacher training college Rorschach in summer 2024. She is taking over a class in the Obstgarten kindergarten with great anticipation.
Gabriel Eschenmoser completed his training as a primary school teacher 6 years ago. After a year of substitute teaching, he is starting with a 4th class at our Steig schoolhouse. He is looking forward to being on the road again with his own class.
Marie-Theres Gautschi will complement the forest kindergarten team from the new school year and lead the class together with Jana Gautschi. She is looking forward to the new task.
Sarina Huwiler completed her training as a primary school teacher at the teacher training college and is now starting her first position in our 3rd class. She is very much looking forward to the new challenge.
Tamara Jud is moving from Romanshorn to Wittenbach. She has taught multi-grade classes for many years. She is taking over the new 1st/2nd class in the Steig schoolhouse. She is very much looking forward to her new task.
Armin Ritter is starting with the 4th/6th small class in the Steig schoolhouse after various substitute positions. He is looking forward to contributing his wealth of experience here and accompanying the pupils on their way.
Jana Vetsch also completed her training as a primary school teacher this summer. She is taking over the new 4th class in the Steig schoolhouse. She is looking forward to the new task here with us.
