Your tasks:
- Management of technical data in the CMMS
- Develop and optimize preventive maintenance plans
- Management and monitoring of work orders via the CMMS
- Management of technical mutation requests and updating maintenance data
- Production and analysis of reports (KPI, deviations, quality of interventions)
- Coordination with mandate managers and technical support to operational teams
- Participation in the integration of new mandates
- Respond to support requests related to technical data
- Contribution to continuous improvements (processes, tools, standards)
Your profile:
- Technical CFC (electricity, HVAC, etc.) or commercial employee with a strong technical orientation
- Several years in maintenance planning/management, ideally in a multi-technical environment
- Very good command of a CMMS/ERP
- Good knowledge of building technology
- Fluent French, German and/or English (an asset)
- Proficiency with the Office suite
- Sense of priorities, excellent organization
- Communicative personality, interpersonal skills
