• Deputising for the branch manager
• Supporting branch management with leadership, organisational, and planning tasks
• Advising our loyal customers
• Ensuring product presentation and availability
• Supporting the team in sales and the implementation of seasonal themes

• Completed training in sales/retail (Polynatura advantageous)
• Experience in a comparable position
• High service and sense of responsibility
• Friendly, upbeat, and competent personality with assertiveness
• Independent working style, resilient, flexible, and orderly
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written

• A well-coordinated, professional, and upbeat team
