We expect from you

• Completed teaching diploma with DaZ in the profile
• Enjoyment in working with foreign-language children and adolescents
• Empathy to teach children with sometimes difficult (flight) biographies
• Communicative and motivated personality
• Willingness to actively shape the school
• Teamwork and collegiality (willingness for team teaching)
• Experience or openness to level-differentiated teaching in heterogeneous learning groups

The introductory classes for foreign language speakers (EfF) are the first school contact point for children and adolescents at secondary level I who speak little or no German. The focus of teaching is on German, but also mathematics, English, and sports. Usually, a maximum of 10 students are taught in one class.
