We are looking for an immediate start for a
Reception Staff (m/f)
Your tasks:
- Telephone management: Answering and forwarding calls, as well as friendly reception of visitors and customers.
- Reservation management: Processing and managing reservations for our holiday properties, including customer communication and appointment scheduling.
- Check-in and check-out: Responsible for a warm welcome of our guests at check-in and smooth handling at check-out.
- Maintenance of the house rules tool: Monitoring and updating the house rules to ensure that all employees and guests are informed about the applicable regulations.
- Invoice creation: Preparation and creation of invoices for our services, as well as monitoring payment receipts.
- General administrative tasks: Support in various administrative matters to ensure smooth office operations, as well as maintenance of databases and filing systems.
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification is an advantage
- Experience in reception and administration is desirable
- Excellent communication skills in German (spoken and written), additional languages are a plus
- Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and common accounting programs
- Friendly and confident appearance as well as high service orientation
- Independent working style and ability to work in a team
