Your tasks
Your varied and responsible job mainly revolves around oral health and how, thanks to it, you make the world a better and healthier place.
- You support our CCO in administrative, organisational, and coordinative tasks. In doing so, you ensure a smooth daily routine in an international environment.
- You create documents, presentations, reports, and analyses. This supports decisions and professional communication with our markets.
- You coordinate feedback and follow-ups on commercial topics. These include pricing, product launches, forecasting, budgets, and business reviews.
- You ensure the flow of information between the CCO and important internal stakeholders. These include marketing, product management, iTOP, controlling, and other teams.
- You prepare international meetings, appointments, workshops, and events both content-wise and organisationally before and after. This includes clear agendas, structured topics, minutes with action points, task tracking, calendar management, and follow-ups. The focus is on actively shaping efficient meetings, not classic travel or hotel organisation.
- You support projects to improve processes, interfaces, and collaboration within our global commercial organisation.
- You identify optimisation potential, contribute your own ideas, and take responsibility for selected task packages.
Your profile
Together we want to explore new paths and shape the future of oral health. You contribute with the appropriate professional qualities and skills.
- You have a commercial or business administration education. Further training, for example as an Executive Assistant or in Business Administration, is a plus.
- You bring several years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Assistant, or in a demanding coordinative role.
- You have experience in an international environment or enjoy moving within one.
- You are interested in commercial topics in sales, marketing, and finance. You quickly grasp business contexts.
- You communicate confidently in English and German, both written and spoken.
- You are proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- You can structure information, prepare data, and create management-ready documents.
- You work independently, think ahead, and take initiative.
- You complete tasks reliably, carefully, and with a high standard of quality.
- You keep an overview even with multiple priorities. You manage deadlines confidently.
- You communicate professionally and enjoy working with different departments, countries, and cultures.
- Discretion, loyalty, and a professional appearance are a matter of course for you.
- You are willing to travel occasionally, about 10%
