Your Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for the technical department as well as ensuring high plant availability
• Leadership, promotion and further development of a team of maintenance and technical specialists
• Planning, control and implementation of technical projects and investments
• Continuous optimisation of processes, plants and technical procedures
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards
• Close cooperation with production, quality assurance and other specialist departments
• Responsibility for maintenance strategies, documentation and technical standards
• Support during audits as well as accompanying modernisation and improvement projects

Your Profile:

• Technical basic training with further education at HF, FH level or equivalent
• Several years of experience in a leadership role in an industrial environment
• Experience in maintenance, production technology or plant management
• Knowledge of project management and implementation of technical optimisations
• Confident handling of ERP systems, ideally SAP
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
• Communicative, solution-oriented and assertive personality
• Hands-on mentality and enjoyment in actively shaping change
