We are looking for a Head of Customer Service Switzerland (80-100%) for our headquarters in Langenthal starting from 01.08.2025.
Your tasks
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of Customer Service Switzerland with 7 employees
- Organization, coordination, and ongoing optimization within the department
- Creating offers, order processing, and supporting demanding projects
- Assisting in administrative tasks in Customer Service Switzerland
- Supporting employees with technical questions
- Handling complaints, creating credits
- Recording work reports of technical support
- Participating in cross-departmental meetings on relevant topics
- Responsible for approval in case of quality deviations
- Supporting processes with Product Management
Your qualifications
- Commercial employee (EFZ) and/or with additional diploma
(Business administration, sales with federal certificate)
- Leadership and professional experience in customer service
- High customer orientation with the ability to set priorities
- Initiative and commitment to excellent customer service
- Good MS Office skills (Word / Excel)
- Flexible, proactive, dynamic with good analytical skills
- French language skills in spoken and written form
