- Technical, organizational and personnel management of our internal sales team with 6 employees
- Ensuring a smooth daily business process (consultations, offer preparation up to timely delivery and invoicing) with proper prioritization and resource planning
- Continuous optimization of processes as well as further development of the team
- Support of the team and field service in daily business
- Optimal support of the department to achieve company goals
This is what you bring with you
- Technical basic training, preferably in the heating/sanitary sector
- Commercial training or experience in the commercial field
- Experience in team leadership and organization
- Problem-solving thinking and good communication skills in spoken and written form
- Independence, reliability, loyalty
- High motivation and willingness to perform
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office and experience in an ERP system
